When a department changes its name, this change is sometimes more than just a simple name change – it’s about a new understanding of its own tasks and values.
And so it is with the change of the HR (Human Resources) department, which now operates under Human Resources Management.
“This is one of many steps we are taking to make clear the cultural changes that have been initiated at trans-o-flex in recent years,” says Dr. Lorenz Waibel, Head of Human Resources Management.
“The meaning is that we treat all employees with appreciation and no longer refer to them as a resource, i.e. as a means of production like diesel, electricity or a PC.
