The online booking system supports you in this and offers you all the important functions and services for your shipping online. tof.now is probably one of the easiest shipping systems on the express and logistics market.   3. Configure your shipping order on the navigation screen or select a pre-configured bundle.
  4. Pay and submit!

You can order your shipment as a guest or as a registered user. Registration has the following advantages:

  • Additional shipment options
  • Address management and order overview
  • Easier order placement for recurring orders
  • Shipments can remain in your shopping cart for up to 14 days
  • Discounts based on your shipment volume
  • Payment by invoice

Questions and answers

Unfortunately no, tof.now is an online shipping system for B2B. Our network is geared towards the carriage of high-end and sensitive goods from the medical, pharmaceutical, health & beauty, hi-tech and consumer electronics sectors. In some cases (for example when supplying the public with important and sensitive medicines) we do also deliver goods to private individuals. However, a shipping order from private individuals is not possible. Here we recommend the use of private parcel service providers. Our offers are designed exclusively for businesses, § 14 German Civil Code. We do not conclude contracts with consumers, § 13 German Civil Code.

Almost everything, actually. However, we are bound to system-relevant and legal framework conditions in a specialised network geared to pharmaceuticals and hi-tech. For example, we do not transport any living things or products that cause cross-contamination or contaminate other goods (e.g. poorly and improperly packed lubricants, oils or toxic substances, loose or unpacked goods, etc.). In many cases we offer our special transport or dangerous goods solutions, which we would be happy to inform you about in a personal conversation. The permissible dimensions and weights as well as which goods are excluded from carriage can be found in our General Terms and Conditions and their appendices.

At tof.now, payment can be made by Paypal, credit card and, if desired, by invoice.

You can easily determine this yourself. As soon as you are in the shopping basket area, you will be given the opportunity to enter the desired date and the pick-up time window for the collection of your goods.

There are two different options available to you at tof.now for insuring your goods during transport:

Smart insurance: Your insurance for a goods value of up to 500 EUR.
Premium insurance: Your insurance for a goods value of up to 2,500 EUR.

These options can be found in the online booking system on the navigation pane under the “Service” section.

An insurance for a higher value of goods is currently not available at tof.now.

Your goods can be collected and transported together in parcels and on pallets. For both collection and delivery, there are not two different vehicles or suppliers, but only one. This saves time day after day, reduces the organisational effort and at the same time protects the environment.

Documents, on the other hand, cannot be sent in combination with parcels or pallets.
