As a recipient you can grant a Delivery Agreement online at any time via our recipient tof.insight app or using the desktop version. The Delivery Agreement can be set for both temperature controlled (2–8 °C and 15–25 °C) and also for non temperature controlled consignments. Once an Delivery Agreement is in place, you shall also receive your consignments even if you are not at home. This eliminates the need to arrange further delivery attempts or wait in vain.

Note: An Delivery Agreement registered in the tof.insight app is only valid for consignments where the shipper has provided their consent. You can see for each incoming consignment whether the shipper has approved the Delivery Agreement or not. If your sender has not provided their consent, please contact them directly. We will only take your stored Delivery Agreement into account once the sender has granted us their approval. As a recipient, you must have a residential and/or business address in Germany.

What do I, as a Recipient, have to do to grant a leave if no one home authorisation?

 

To grant a leave if no one home authorisation, you simply have to download the tof.insight app in the App store or in the Google Play Store and register, or register via the desktop version of the tof.insight app. Within five working days of registration, you will receive a TAN by post. Only once you enter this TAN can you access the leave if no one home authorisation feature.
