Designed from the customer’s perspective: trans-o-flex has launched a new booking system called tof.now, which makes express delivery much easier and faster for both existing and new customers. Customers click on what they want, whereupon the system shows how trans-o-flex can fulfil the delivery request. “We have completely redesigned the entire booking process from the customer’s perspective. In many cases, two clicks are now enough to order an express delivery online: Click on the shipping order and confirm the order. That’s all there is to it!” explains trans-o-flex CEO Wolfgang P. Albeck.
