A major German consumer study in the B2B sector had asked for the customer service of companies to be rated. The survey includes more than 100,000 ratings of a total of 1,387 companies from 101 industries. The companies were selected on the basis of independent research by the initiator of the study and without the involvement of the companies surveyed.
Out of the total of 1,387 companies, those rated “outstanding” were awarded across all industries. In addition, the “Industry Champions 2022” were chosen.
We are very proud that our customer service has been rated “outstanding” across the industry. In addition, we took first place in the express courier services sector for “customer service”, making us industry champion.
