The highest customer satisfaction: Where trans-o-flex is rated as outstanding

This year, trans-o-flex is on the best list of the German B2B Awards no fewer than three times. Because in all three areas, which are regularly surveyed by the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV), trans-o-flex Expressdienst is among the top 3 companies in its sector. Last year, DtGV already honoured trans-o-flex with the German B2B Award, and this year the company received the gold medal for the highest customer satisfaction. “For every company, customer satisfaction is the decisive factor for success or failure in the long run,” says trans-o-flex CEO Wolfgang P. Albeck. “That is why this award is so important for us, as well as confirmation and incentive to continue in the direction we have taken.”

For the nationwide B2B ranking, more than 100,000 ratings were obtained from decision-makers on a total of 1,347 companies from 100 sectors. In the express courier services sector, trans-o-flex was not only the sector winner for the highest customer satisfaction, but also received a silver medal for customer service and a bronze medal for value for money.
