L-package labelling

New legal regulations require all parcel service providers to label heavy parcels in a special way. In order to continue to guarantee you reliable quality and compliance with all legal regulations, we are introducing changes that affect parcels with increased weight: In addition to the correctly transmitted parcel weights in your PAN data, labelling of parcels with increased weight is required for trans-o-flex domestic and international shipments. This ensures that we guarantee the legal protection of our employees while maintaining our high quality standards.

You label trans-o-flex parcels including the national parcel label and parcel production-based billing as well as trans-o-flex international parcels including the international parcel label with increased weight directly on the label according to the following pattern:

Shipper uses own label: Before handing over the package to trans-o-flex, the shipper affixes the corresponding stickers to the package.

  • All customers who use customised interfaces or their own labels must adapt their systems in accordance with the new label description and transfer the correct weights.

  • Customers who use our order API and online entry platforms (TOP online entry or tof.now) do not need to change anything with regard to the new labels. We have already integrated the corresponding changes into our systems.

  • With EasyFlex User – no possibility of system adjustments by trans-o-flex IT – we provide stickers

  • The exact handling regulations for parcels over 20kg will be specified by the legislator. We will provide information on this in good time.
