More electric vehicles for trans-o-flex: Electric mobility is becoming increasingly attractive

More than 65 per cent of all trans-o-flex company-car drivers now order fully electric cars. There are three main reasons for this shift among company-car drivers. Firstly, electric cars have become noticeably more attractive due to the latest technology and more favourable tax arrangements. Secondly, more people have gained experience with electric mobility and have become less anxious about switching to something new. Thirdly, trans-o-flex has also changed the range and specification of the vehicles.

trans-o-flex has removed hybrid vehicles — where the car can also be driven solely using an internal combustion engine — from its range of company cars. The range of fully electric vehicles has been expanded in their place. And in the case of vehicle types that were already offered, orders are now placed only for cars that use the larger battery, which has alleviated fears that the range will not be sufficient for most drivers. Furthermore, the vehicles now charge much faster when it matters. They now have ranges of between 400 and almost 700 kilometres and typically charge to 80 per cent in around half an hour.
