What happens when a leading British business journal and a major German opinion research institute launch a survey for the first time of which European companies perform best in terms of diversity and equality in the workplace? One result: trans-o-flex is one of the 700 diversity leaders in Europe and even one of the top 20 within the transport and logistics sector. 

Some 80,000 employees from 10,000 private companies with at least 250 employees based in Belgium, Germany, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Sweden and Switzerland were surveyed. Participants were systematically asked how their employer would support diversity within the company in terms of gender, age, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation.
