• Eugen Günther takes over responsibility for sales at trans-o-flex ThermoMed Austria and the function of spokesperson of the management board

Weinheim, 8 June 2022. Eugen Günther has taken over responsibility for sales at the logistics service provider trans-o-flex ThermoMed Austria, which specialises in actively temperature-controlled shipments of pharmaceuticals, and at the same time assumed the function of spokesperson for the management board. “This completes the management trio for the coming years,” says Wolfgang P. Albeck, who has up to now performed Günther’s new functions in Austria himself in addition to his duties as CEO of trans-o-flex, and will now concentrate on the further internationalisation of the company. Günther has been working for trans-o-flex for more than ten years. In 2010, the wholesale and foreign trade specialist started at trans-o-flex in the sales team. Before that, he had worked for several years at TNT Express and also in sales at a company in the healthcare sector. At trans-o-flex, Günther moved into key account management in 2014, and in 2015 he became regional sales manager for southwest Germany. In 2016, he took over the management of the sales division – initially on a temporary basis. In 2019, he was given the job on a permanent basis, and in November 2021 he was also appointed Sales Director of trans-o-flex Express.

The other positions in the management of trans-o-flex ThermoMed Austria will continue to be held by Stefan Gerber (Quality Management, IT and Operations) and Michael Schmidt (Finance). Both also continue to be part of the management of the German companies of trans-o-flex Express, and trans-o-flex ThermoMed respectively
