Every day we show you the maximum and minimum temperatures predicted, how hot or cold it is that day in the loading compartment of a trans-o-flex vehicle without temperature control and how likely it is that the goods are being transported at more than 25 degrees or less than 15 degrees. trans-o-flex uses this to provide you with continuous online information based on real temperature data. It is powered by an algorithm of more than 44,500 measurements from our vehicles. With trans-o-flex, you can see how high the risk is that goods are being transported at too high or too low a temperature. ThermoMed is the expert for transporting refrigerated medicines at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius. The conversion took place parallel to the ongoing operation of the sorting centre and included the expansion of the existing warehouse as well as a new, fully automatic sorting system. With this conversion, we were able to increase the capacity of the ThermoMed network by more than 25%. This increased capacity enables us to transport reliably and safely many more of our customers’ temperature-sensitive products to their desired destination in accordance with the GDP+ guidelines.
