About half of these are invoices issued on a weekly basis. &#8220;In the future, invoices to customers will be sent out on a maximum semi-monthly basis,&#8221; says Michael Schmidt, managing director of finance at trans-o-flex. &#8220;And for those customers who already receive semimonthly invoices today, we will check whether we can switch to monthly.&#8221; From Schmidt&#8217;s point of view, this simplification brings advantages for all sides. &#8220;The effort involved in both preparation and auditing is noticeably reduced.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe sustainability effect through less paper consumption can be increased even further by those who switch to the electronic invoice variant now. trans-o-flex provides a form that can be downloaded from its website for the legally required consent to send invoices digitally.
