From trans-o-flex&#8217;s point of view, six factors are important for a returnable pool: transparent control, smart return logistics, originator-based billing, the design of the containers, the type of service the customer receives and proven environmental friendliness for both customers and consignees. The design of the containers was developed together with the pool operator @Smart Container Loop (SCL). Empty containers are taken away by trans-o-flex drivers from the consignees as soon as they deliver a new consignment.
