Your recipients can grant a Delivery Agreement online at any time via our recipient app tof.insight<\/a> or the desktop version. However, you, as the shipper, decide whether the Delivery Agreement applies to your consignment\u202f\u2013 for both temperature controlled (2\u20138\u202f\u00b0C and 15\u201325\u202f\u00b0C) and non temperature controlled shipments. Once an Delivery Agreement is in place, recipients receive their shipments even if they are not at home. This eliminates the need to arrange further delivery attempts or wait in vain.<\/p>\n

What do I, as a shipper, have to do to grant a leave if no one home authorisation?<\/h2>\n

In order to grant a leave if no one home authorisation, you need to complete and sign the consent form and send it by e-mail<\/u><\/a> . If you ship with both trans-o-flex Express GmbH\u202f&\u202fCo.\u202fKGaA and trans-o-flex ThermoMed\u202fGmbH, we require separate consent from you for each of the two companies. If you do not wish to grant a leave if no one home authorisation for certain BCV numbers, then please list these in the appendix of the form.<\/p>\n

Please note: Only recipients with a residential and\/or business address in Germany can grant leave if no one home authorisation for your consignments. The forms are available for download further below on the page.<\/p>\n
