They steer numerous different processes and have qualifications in the fields of goods shipping, transport facilities, warehouse logistics, international transport services and logistics services.<\/p>\n<p>The apprenticeship lasts 3 years, but can be shortened if corresponding school qualification requirements are met. Management assistant for forwarding and logistics service providers is a recognised occupation requiring formal training according to the German Vocational Training Act (BBiG).<\/p>\n<p><strong>What skills do you require?<\/strong><br \/>\nYou have an interest in logistics, besides being flexible and motivated. You are a team player and actively research information and learning content yourself. Good knowledge of English would be an advantage. You have at least a secondary school certificate.[\/vc_column_text][\/dhsv_vc_accordion_item][dhsv_vc_accordion_item title=&#8221;Qualified IT specialist (m\/f\/x)&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>Specialising in application development <\/strong><br \/>\nQualified IT specialists for application development are responsible for programming and developing software according to in-house and external requirements. They test existing applications, adapt these and develop user-friendly operating interfaces. For your work, you use programming languages and tools such as developer tools, for example. Qualified IT specialists perform troubleshooting tasks as well as advise and coach users.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualified IT specialist for system integration <\/strong><br \/>\nQualified IT specialists for system integration are responsible for planning and configuring IT systems. As an in-house or external service provider, they configure systems in accordance with the requirements and administer these. This also includes systematically locating and troubleshooting faults when system errors occur. They advise in-house and external users in the selection and use of the equipment and solve application and system problems. In addition, they prepare system documentation and conduct training sessions for users.[\/vc_column_text][\/dhsv_vc_accordion_item][dhsv_vc_accordion_item title=&#8221;Specialist for Courier, Express Delivery and Postal Services (m\/f\/x)&#8221;][vc_column_text]Specialists for Courier, Express Delivery and Postal Services work in companies which plan, organise, control, monitor and process the shipment of time-critical consignments and other logistics services. Specialists for Courier, Express Delivery and Postal Services<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sort and deliver consignments<\/li>\n<li>perform post-processing activities relating to deliveries, process consignment documentation<\/li>\n<li>are involved in quality-assuring measures<\/li>\n<li>deal with customer requests and conduct conservations appropriate to the situation<\/li>\n<li>collect payments (Cash-on-delivery Services) and render these to account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The qualification takes 2 years. Depending on their aptitude, apprentices have the option of training for a further year in order to gain the qualification as a Management Assistant for Courier, Express and Postal Services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What can you expect as an apprentice at trans-o-flex?<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can expect to receive training that is highly diversified during the course of which you will get to know numerous different departments and operations. You will receive tariff-based remuneration, plus various perks, as example the cost absorbtion of the driver licence. You will be prepared intensively for your final examination. They organise the unloading of the goods, which they sort and place correctly into storage in the previously defined places. At the same time, they ensure that the goods are stored in optimum conditions (e.g. as regards temperature and humidity). Warehouse logistics specialists put deliveries together, package the goods and prepare the accompanying paperwork.
