Martin Reder<\/strong><\/span> has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since February 2024. He brings with him more than three decades of experience in operations, sales, customer service and product management at the express services companies TNT and Fedex. Most recently, he was Managing Director Special Services at Fedex Express Germany since 2017, responsible for Northern, Central and Eastern Europe in more than 20 countries. The trained logistics specialist previously held numerous management positions in the TNT organisation. Among other things, he was Managing Director of TNT Value Added Logistics (high availability logistics) and had product responsibility for the same-day service \u201cTNT HEUTE\u201d. He also developed special logistics solutions for the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries as well as for media and motor racing. As Chief Operating Officer for TNT Express Germany, he was responsible for 31 branches with around 3,500 employees.<\/p>\n

Eugen G\u00fcnther<\/strong><\/span> has been Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at trans-o-flex since November 2021 and speaker of the management board at trans-o-flex ThermoMed Austria GmbH since May 2022, where, as a wholesale and foreign trade specialist, he has gone on to make a solid career for himself. He started in the sales team back in 2010, before moving into key account management in 2014 and then going on to become regional sales manager for southwest Germany in 2015. In 2016, he took over the management of the sales division \u2013 initially on a temporary basis. In 2019, he was given this job on a permanent basis. Prior to joining trans-o-flex, G\u00fcnther worked for several years at TNT Express and also in sales at a company in the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n

Michael L\u00f6ckener<\/strong><\/span> has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) of trans-o-flex since August 2024. The qualified freight forwarding agent and certified transport specialist first joined trans-o-flex Express in 2015 as Regional Operations Manager North. In July 2018, he took over as Managing Director of trans-o-flex ThermoMed GmbH. Since April 2019, he has also served as Managing Director of trans-o-flex Training & Service GmbH, which specialises in training and development. From January 2022 until his appointment as COO, he was additionally Head of Operations for trans-o-flex Express GmbH & Co. KGaA, which is responsible for its day-to-day operations. L\u00f6ckener brings decades of logistics experience in the CEP (courier, express and parcel) industry to his role at trans-o-flex, having previously held various positions at the logistics service providers Fiege, TNT and GLS.<\/p>\n

Malte Hingst<\/strong><\/span> took over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at trans-o-flex effective as of 1 February 2026 The 45-year-old joins from the K\u00f6rber Supply Chain business unit of the globally active technology company K\u00f6rber AG. At K\u00f6rber he held various operational and strategic finance positions since 2011. In these roles, he managed transformation projects, international M&A integrations and the further development of financial processes and ERP structures, among other things. Prior to this, the business administration graduate worked as a consultant at Ernst & Young in Hamburg.<\/p>\n

Thomas Handlos <\/strong><\/span>has been Managing Director Operations at trans-o-flex ThermoMed Austria GmbH since 1 August 2024. Before joining trans-o-flex, he worked for two years as Key Account Manager at the Augustin Quehenberger Group. Prior to that, he held various positions at the pharmaceutical delivery service transmed in Austria, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia for over seven years. Among other roles he held, he was also the Managing Director in Austria and headed the Slovakian company in Bratislava. His career also includes positions at the logistics service provider Fiege in Vienna and Schachinger Pharmalogistik & Logistik Holding, also in Vienna.<\/p>\n
