New legal regulations require all parcel service providers to label heavy parcels in a special way. In order to continue to guarantee you reliable quality and compliance with all legal regulations, we are introducing changes that affect parcels with increased weight: In addition to the correctly transmitted parcel weights in your PAN data, labelling of parcels with increased weight is required for trans-o-flex domestic and international shipments. This ensures that we guarantee the legal protection of our employees while maintaining our high quality standards.<\/p>\n

You label trans-o-flex parcels including the national parcel label and parcel production-based billing as well as trans-o-flex international parcels including the international parcel label with increased weight directly on the label according to the following pattern:<\/p>\n

Shipper uses own label: Before handing over the package to trans-o-flex, the shipper affixes the corresponding stickers to the package.<\/p>\n
