This survey is a B2B ranking that took place throughout Germany in the areas of customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money. The customer survey, which included around 208,000 decisionmakers\u2019 assessments of a total of 1,388 providers from 106 industries, was held between January and April this year.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][vc_separator color=&#8221;custom&#8221; border_width=&#8221;4&#8243; accent_color=&#8221;#f27e00&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In a third survey, trans-o-flex was named one of the \u201cCustomer Favourites 2025\u201d. For the large-scale survey, several hundred million public German internet sources, including editorial websites and social media, were trawled through between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2025 for mentions of around 13,500 brands and companies from almost 140 industries. The focus was on comments relating to price, service and quality. trans-o-flex has now received the award for the third year in succession and was also the winner in the courier, express and postal services sector this year. Only two other CEP services made it into the ranking at all on the basis of a sufficient number of positive mentions.
