In order to react individually to all the demands of our customers, trans-o-flex offers a broad range of premium services for totally customized solutions. Time-related, place-related and for a number of additional special cases.

trans-o-flex avis
With trans-o-flex avis, trans-o-flex can inform your customers about the forthcoming delivery of your shipment transmission. This provides the customer with: more transparency and higher customer satisfaction. You can select whether we inform your customer by SMS or by e-mail.
By e-mail your receiver receives a link to our shipment tracking system and can review themselves directly the dispatch status of each shipment. Additionally he gets the ship-to address indicated, the number and the weight of the packages, which on the way are. Or: By SMS we communicate your company name and the prospective distribution date to the receivers. If you wish for this closer information, then you contact us by e-mail or you address simply your personal trans-o-flex advisor.

trans-o-flex Cash-on-delivery Service
The practical trans-o-flex C.O.D. Service handles the collection and delivery of your shipments with collection on delivery of the invoiced value of goods.

trans-o-flex co2de green
The co2de green transports offer the used good trans-o-flex quality. They are as reliable and as fast as normal transports, but additionally there is an compensation for the determinded CO2-Emissions. You can find out more about co2de green here.

trans-o-flex Confidential Service
Added security for especially valuable and confidential goods: trans-o-flex Confidential Service is handled as a separate secured transport with documentedhandover from person to person at all points of transfer.

trans-o-flex Delivery note print
How does the correct delivery note always arrive at the consignee together with the shipment? This works best with the trans-o-flex delivery note service. Physically you only provide us with the consignments. You send us the delivery notes centrally as a file. We import the file into our IT-system and automatically assign the correct delivery note to each consignment. At the delivery depot the loading scan triggers the printing of the delivery note - upon request also in the layout defined by you. The driver receives all delivery notes together with his tour sheet which also lists the documents and hands over the delivery note together with the shipment to the consignee.

trans-o-flex Direct Transit
When speed and safety are paramount, we also drive just for you: trans-o-flex Direct Transit is an exactly timed transport directly from the shipper to the recipient, without intermediate transfer to a separate vehicle.

trans-o-flex Evening Service
The trans-o-flex Evening Service is the solution for a sure defined late delivery of your shipments on the following workday between 17:00 and 20:00 from monday to friday, in cases where your customer is able to take delivery in the evening.

trans-o-flex Free delivery to the point of use
With the trans-of-flex service Free delivery to the point of use you specify where your goods are to be delivered: to a certain floor, to a certain department or directly to a certain person. We deliver where you want us to.

trans-o-flex Hazardous Goods / Radioactive Service
One for all: you can convey all categories of hazardous materials (exception: category 1 ADR), including radioactive pharmaceutical goods.  

trans-o-flex Packaging Disposal/Return
This too is part of good logistics: with trans-o-flex Packaging Disposal/Return, we see to the solution of the packaging question, dispose of single-use packaging and bring re-usable packaging back to the place where it is used again.

trans-o-flex Pick-up Service
With trans-o-flex Pick-Up Service, we pick up your shipments from third parties and deliver them national regularly within 48 hours of pick-up to the desired recipient.

trans-o-flex plus
The premium product for the most urgent shipments in the B2B area. With trans-o-flex plus, you determine the time of early delivery on the following workday, e.g. until 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. or 12 noon, from Monday to Saturday.

trans-o-flex Re-Usable Systems
With the trans-o-flex Re-Usable System, we offer individual solutions that are economically clever and ecologically effective. We carry out the transport and return of re-use systems from various system providers.

trans-o-flex Saturday Service
The trans-o-flex Saturday Service enables your shipments to be delivered to your customers punctually and reliably even on Saturdays. You can also use our full range of premium services on Saturdays, just as on any workday.

trans-o-flex Special pick-up and delivery
Here you determine the exact time: with trans-o-flex Special Pick-Up, we offer you an exactly-timed separate handover of your shipment from your place of business or that of a third party, as well as the exactly-timed delivery to the desired recipient. 

trans-o-flex Time-definite Service
If your shipment is intended to arrive not on the next workday but on a specific date, choose the trans-o-flex Date Service. The delivery then takes place on exactly the desired date.

Services for the pharma industry:

trans-o-flex ApoServ
trans-o-flex ApoServ is a special service that has been developed exclusively for pharmacies in Germany. Using trans-o-flex ApoServ, enables pharmacists to have their product returns, products damaged in transit/wrong deliveries, out-of-date preparations and medicines that need to be disposed of collected by a trans-o-flex driver and forwarded to the manufacturer or disposed of. Other individual consignments destined for pharmacies or other recipients in the business-to-business chain can also be sent via trans-o-flex ApoServ.

trans-o-flex HomeCare
With trans-o-flex HomeCare, we offer a solution in Germany for supplying directly to homecare patients and patients in care facilities, who regularly receive special products for their diet, hygiene, wound care, dialysis and also technical medical equipment. When delivering HomeCare consignments, we take account of the special needs of homecare patients, who often depend on care, by delivering the items precisely to the place they are required. This service can be combined with the trans-o-flex plus services, the Saturday, the evening and collection service.

trans-o-flex medipack
trans-o-flex medipack is the ideal industry solution for distribution of finished pharmaceutical samples to physicians, dentists and veterinarians throughout Germany. A perfect service including return of pharmaceutical-sample order forms to the shipper.
