Oliver Rupps is spokesman of the board of Managing Directors since December 2011. After studying business administration at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar near Koblenz, the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Lyon, France and Texas A&M University, USA, he worked in various management positions in the fields of material procurement, logistics and corporate planning at Mercedes Benz AG and DaimlerChrysler AG. He subsequently served on the Management Board of the IT provider ilas AG, as Chairman of the Board of Erwin Steinle Internationale Spedition GmbH & Co. KG and as Managing Director of the automobile component supplier ixetic GmbH. Rupps was most recently the sole Managing Director of Südmo Holding GmbH in Riesbürg, which, among other things, produces components and equipment for the pharmaceutical industry.

Kai Schmuck has been a member of the trans-o-flex Board of Directors since May 2009. Before joining our company, he had continued his career in the Fashion business unit of the Logwin Group (formerly Thiel-Logistik), where he, as a member of the Management Board, was responsible for Sales & Marketing from 2002 onwards. Before that, Schmuck, who has been active in the logistics industry for almost 30 years, held various management positions in the express delivery sector (Fedex and EMS-Kurierpost /DHL) as well as at the parcel service provider GLS.

Ulrich Schupp was introduced as the new member of the Board of Directors at trans-o-flex in April 2011. From 2002, Schupp worked within the Schenker Gruppe, most recently as chief financial officer of the Schenker Schweiz AG. At the beginning of his carrier, he worked for Spedition Wohlfahrt, TNT Express as well as GLS. And for half a year, Schupp was employed as the assistant of business developments at trans-o-flex. He completed his studies at the University of Mannheim with a degree in business administration (Diplom Kaufmann) focusing on logistics, marketing and labour law.
